Performance
Section through the room at the diffuser. Velocity and temperature on the jet axis come from the calculation verified against the manufacturer's selection software; the surrounding field is an engineering model of the jet and return flow, not a full CFD analysis. Lines show air particle paths.

Description and manufacturing
Purpose
Diffusers with individually adjustable rotating deflectors, designed for horizontal air distribution. Intended for air supply or extract in ventilation, air conditioning and air heating systems.
Design and materials
The DPF diffuser panel is made of steel with openings fitted with round plastic deflectors. The deflectors rotate through 360° and can be individually set at any angle, which allows a vast number of air distribution patterns without changing the noise level, airflow or aerodynamic resistance.
Modifications:
Two types of fixing are available for connecting the panel to the plenum box:
- standard (concealed) fixing with a screw connection (mounting holes on the side flanges);
- central fixing (one hole in the centre of the diffuser); in this case the plenum box must be ordered with a central mounting bar (T-bracket), which is fixed inside the plenum and has threaded holes. The panel is fixed with an M5 screw (included).
The diffusers are coated with heat-resistant powder paint, which provides reliable protection against adverse environmental factors and prevents premature wear of the product. The standard colour of the panel and deflectors is white; at the Customer's request the panel can be painted in another RAL colour, while the deflectors are available in white or black only.

DPF-1 (RAL 9016 / Ф.Б.) 300x300h – DPF-1 version, white panel, white deflectors, standard (concealed) fixing with a screw connection (mounting holes on the side flanges);
DPF-3 (Т) (RAL 9005M / ф.ч) 300x300h (595x595) – DPF-3 version, central fixing (one hole in the centre of the diffuser), black panel, black deflectors, working surface 300x300 (round pattern), outer dimensions 595x595.
